FY 2019 State Aid Program Solicitation
Dear Transportation Partners:
I am pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted through the Department’s electronic grant administration system :SAGE for the following programs:
- Municipal Aid
- Transit Village
- Bikeways
- Safe Streets to Transit
The applications must be completed and submitted on or before October 8, 2018.

Attached please find the instructions on “How to Apply”. Additionally, SAGE training videos are available for guidance under “Training Materials”. Please look under “Videos” Option and click on “NJDOT Application Submission” link. If you are not familiar with this version of SAGE, please use the NJDOT IG16 webinar link to familiarize yourself with new version of SAGE and how to navigate in new SAGE.
